Our Firm
The firm was established in 1979 by Patrick F. Corr. We now have a professional staff of 10+, based in Limavady in the northwest of Northern Ireland. We work on projects throughout Ireland and the UK. We have grown from a quantity surveying practice into a fully-integrated and multi-disciplinary building consultancy now offering additional services such as project management, building surveying and health and safety consultancy.
Since November 2003 Patrick F Corr has operated as a limited company. The practice remains totally independent and is wholly owned by the directors who have adopted and sustained the goals set by the practice’s founder. We are proud of our history and reputation and strive to provide each one of our clients with exceptional advisory services based on the highest professional ethics and best practice procedures together with a wealth of experience gained from previous projects.
A large proportion of our business comes from existing or returning clients who recognise the consistent value we have provided them through our costing and management skills. We strive to strengthen those long term relationships whilst always seeking to explore and develop new opportunities.

We are accredited Domestic Energy Assessors. Certification on this government run scheme means we have the technical knowledge and skills required to conduct official energy assessments on properties.

About our FounderOur firm was founded in 1979 by Patrick F Corr, FRICS. A native of Country Tyrone, Paddy settled with his family in Limavady in the 1970s. After receiving his Quantity Surveying qualifications, he set up the practice which has become a focal point of the local construction and business communities in the Northwest.
Under his guidance the firm grew its reputation and expanded its portfolio of activities. At all times, Paddy maintained the balance of being a consummate professional, a trusted mentor for the staff at the company, and a dear friend, much-admired and well regarded by clients, colleagues and business associates. Paddy passed away in 2012, but his spirit, good humour and professionalism continues to inspire the team at Patrick F. Corr today. |
